With only 18 days to plan a destination wedding, we took on an exciting challenge. The groom, calling from the USA, dreamed of saying “I do” in Tobago — and we made it happen.
From securing the legal documents to styling the bride, groom, and best man, from coordinating the pastor to planning every detail through to the final dance, no element was overlooked.
Did we pull it off? Absolutely.
Most importantly, the couple was overjoyed — and that’s what truly mattered. It was a breathtakingly beautiful wedding day, filled with love, joy, and unforgettable memories.
Adam's Wedding
This was the very first wedding hosted at North Deck — and what a debut it was.
The bride and groom exchanged vows on the stunning upper deck, surrounded by breathtaking views. Following the ceremony, guests made their way downstairs for cocktail hour while our team sprang into action.
With just one hour to completely transform the upper deck from ceremony setting to reception space, there was no time to waste. Every detail had to be executed flawlessly and efficiently — and it was.
We did it.
The space was beautifully reimagined, the celebration continued seamlessly, and the couple was absolutely ecstatic. In the end, that’s all that mattered.

After 20 beautiful years of marriage, Wendell and Lisa chose to renew their vows in a heartfelt celebration of love and commitment.
Surrounded by an intimate gathering of 70 cherished guests, they relived their special moment in a setting designed to reflect elegance and timeless romance. A stunning palette of rose gold, gold, and white created a sophisticated and radiant atmosphere throughout the event.
Using one venue to seamlessly host the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception allowed every moment to flow effortlessly. Designing this entire celebration was more than event planning — it was capturing a powerful moment in time, honoring a love story that continues to shine.

Pearl first contacted us from Canada with a vision for her wedding in Trinidad, trusting our team to execute both her décor and catering from abroad. Planning began virtually, with careful attention given to every detail to ensure her special day would come together seamlessly.
She arrived in Trinidad just one week before her wedding, and five days before the big day we finally met in person. During that meeting, her confidence in our work grew even more, and she entrusted us with full wedding coordination. From there, the celebration expanded beautifully — adding cake décor, a makeup bar experience, and several personalized touches that elevated the entire event.
What started as décor and catering evolved into a fully coordinated wedding experience. Every element came together effortlessly, creating a day filled with elegance, joy, and unforgettable moments. It was truly a terrific day — a celebration made even more special by the trust placed in us to bring her vision to life.

We managed every detail of the journey: complete wedding planning, outfitting of the groom, venue sourcing, catering, décor design, and the full creation of both the ceremony and reception experience. David came to us with a clear vision: “I want royalty.” Our challenge was to translate that ambition into an elegant, budget-conscious design. We combined opulent yet affordable elements — jewel-toned fabrics, gilded accents, dramatic floral installations, and thoughtful lighting — to evoke a palace-worthy feel that remained grounded and intimate. On the wedding day, the moment the bride and groom exchanged smiles and gave that pleased nod, we knew we’d delivered more than décor: we’d created a memorable, royal experience they loved.

Guests were seated at long banquet tables designed to foster intimacy while offering a clear view of the bridal couple.
