When the call came confirming that the décor and full setup were ours, the clock immediately started ticking. With little to no time to prepare, we rose to the challenge.
The confirmation arrived at 5:30 PM, and the event was scheduled for 10:00 AM the following morning. Despite the tight turnaround, our team moved into action — planning, organizing, and executing every detail with precision and dedication.
The result was a beautifully transformed space that reflected professionalism, creativity, and the power of teamwork under pressure. Proof that passion, experience, and commitment can turn even the shortest timelines into unforgettable results.

TOURISM AND NCC | Booth Execution

Booth executions are always exciting and dynamic to work on. TTL & NCC booths, in particular, are both historical and informative, offering guests a meaningful experience. As a decorator, innovation is key—creating a design that not only captures attention but also reflects the theme and purpose of the booth is important. The aesthetics and layout must be thoughtfully planned to ensure they remain relevant while accommodating a steady flow of guests. Maintaining a smooth and consistent thoroughfare is essential to providing both visual appeal and functional efficiency.

AFFETT: International Women’s Day | 2021

The Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago is well known for empowering and uplifting women. Collaborating with them through the provision of décor services is always a fulfilling experience, as it allows me to support a group of forward-focused and inspiring ladies. This particular event was especially meaningful, as it was executed as a hybrid experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, requiring thoughtful planning to accommodate both in-person and virtual attendees while maintaining elegance and impact.

Bankers Association of TnT: International Women’s Day 2023 | Hyatt Regency

Some events come with unexpected challenges that truly bring out the best in you. While decorating for this particular event, the venue shut off the lights, leaving us to complete the installation using only our phone flashlights. Despite the setback, our mantra has always been to get the job done—no matter the challenge—and we were determined to do just that.

The Women in Tech event will always stand out as a memorable experience, not just because of the obstacles we faced, but because of the resilience, teamwork, and commitment that carried us through. It’s an event that left a lasting mark on our minds and reinforced our dedication to excellence under any circumstances.

Trinidad Independence is always celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm. For this occasion, we had the honour of designing and installing décor within tents for an elevated cocktail event. The setup reflected sophistication and national pride, creating an atmosphere that matched the significance of the celebration while delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Dr. Mary Building Dedication

No matter the event, our greatest desire is to ensure that every client leaves with a smile. For this particular project, we had the privilege of providing décor for a building dedication that concluded with an elegant dinner for 200 distinguished guests. The ground floor was thoughtfully arranged to accommodate the church service, while the first floor was transformed into a refined banquet setting. Careful planning ensured a seamless flow between both spaces, creating a memorable and meaningful experience for all in attendance.

Primary School Graduation

Primary school graduations are truly special and full of excitement. The children take this milestone seriously, and creating the right atmosphere is essential for both them and their teachers. Using the best props and carefully designed layouts can make the celebration even more memorable, adding fun and elegance to the event.

AIR GUARD GRADUATION | 2016

Graduations are always a significant event—a moment of inner fulfillment and celebration. The Air Guard graduation was a two-room experience: guests first walked into a stylish cocktail area before moving on to a formal sit-down dinner. This elegant event accommodated approximately 250 guests, creating a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

CDS handover | Defence Force Head quarters

The first time I was asked to decorate a 100×40 tent, I honestly didn’t know where to start. My ladder was too short, and I felt like Alice in Wonderland! With only a few minutes to come up with a plan, a few quick phone calls later, we were on our way to creating the perfect design for this huge tent.

This event marked the inauguration of a new Chief of Defence Staff, and our job was to decorate six 20×20 tents along with two massive 100×40 tents—an ambitious setup that demanded creativity, precision, and teamwork.

RLC décor 25th Anniversary | 2025

There are some milestones you definitely want to be part of and celebrate. While I may be the decorator, I take my designs very seriously—putting myself in the guests’ shoes to ensure the experience is memorable and enjoyable. This particular event was the church’s 25th Anniversary dinner, and the colour scheme, layout, and full décor were entirely in our hands, allowing us to create an atmosphere worthy of such a special occasion.

Honouring our Mermaids

In 2017, the Coast Guard honoured their first batch of female officers under the theme “Honouring Our Mermaids.”

From the moment guests arrived, they were transported into another world. They stepped into a breathtaking space featuring a 300-foot-wide by 28-foot-tall active backdrop, alive with underwater creatures moving gracefully within their habitat—creating a fully immersive oceanic experience.

Every detail was thoughtfully curated. The centrepieces reflected the essence of the theme, blending mermaids, marine life, and soft floral elements to capture both strength and beauty.

It was more than décor—it was an experience, a tribute, and a celebration of these remarkable women.
